		<description>Just watched the videos of the surgery and therapy.  I used the video of my first knee surgery for a college speech class once -- those come in handy.

So was it just your ACL, or did you mess up your LCL as well?  I&#039;m actually really curious about the surgical methods and how they&#039;ve advanced.  When I tore my LCL wrestling, I was told the surgery being done was new and somewhat experimental.  A student of mine tore his LCL (wrestling), had the same surgery, and was told it&#039;s now the standard.

My ACL surgery was exactly like yours, except they put a nerve block on the wrong leg, so I was paralyzed from the hips down for over a day.

Gwen and I wanted to bring you some sort of healing treat -- suggestions?</description>
